Teen Yoga - Age 12-15
In Teen Yoga we practice mindfulness, yoga poses, breathing, creative relaxation and enjoy a weekly discussion centred around yoga philosophy and topics pertinent to teens. Young people learn how to slow down, focus their minds and bodies and are given the opportunity to speak from their heart.
In this nourishing environment we build camaraderie and together create a safe and playful place to come to once a week.
Each 6-week session finishes with a chocolate tasting meditation, which is always a hit with the young yogis!
